“I bought this band in July 2019 for my wedding in September 2019 and was so excited to wear it. Once we got married and I started wearing the ring, I noticed a missing diamond 3 weeks to the day after my wedding. I take all the safety precautions like taking it off when I shower, sleep, and workout, yet it still fell out after only 3 weeks. I got the forms to send the ring in for repair and it took over a month for me to get my ring back. When spending a few grand on a product, you expect that it would last you at least a few weeks. I hope this ring will last me a lifetime, but judging by its quality so far, I'm not hopeful. Very frustrated and skeptical of the quality of these rings.”
“I absolutely love everything about this ring. I was torn between this and the Versailles for my wedding band. I currently have a emerald shape engagement ring and I wanted a band that was more unique. I love the rounded diamonds and the size was perfect. It completely compliments my engagement ring and I couldn't have been more happier with this selection.”
“I bought this as my wedding ring and really did love the way it looks. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds fell out within the first couple of months of wearing it. I contacted Brilliant Earth and they had me send it back and repaired it. Just a few weeks after that, another diamond had fallen out. I called them again and they offered to make me a completely new ring in the case that it was defective. That worked well for about 3 months until yet again, another diamond had fallen out. Note: I take my ring off to shower and exercise. There is no reason these diamonds should be falling out on a ring that has been worn for 6 months! They wont take the ring back now so I am stuck with having to just go out and buy another wedding band. Do not spend your money on this ring unless you want to be stuck with a band missing diamonds.”
“My husband and I selected this band as my wedding band in late October and received it in November in time for our December wedding. I've been wearing it daily since our ceremony, but do remove it to clean, garden, workout, etc. Imagine my surprise when I noticed this morning that it has already lost one of it's stones! A bit disappointing given it's just barely 4 months old and it certainly does not experience any form of excessive wear and tear. While I love the setting and I find it unique and very complimentary to my engagement ring (also purchased from Brilliant Earth) I definitely would have reconsidered the purchase if I had thought the stones could be so easily lost. If you're considering this ring I would be sure you're prepared to replace stones. Brilliant Earth does *not* cover lost stones in their manufacturing warranty as I was told by a representative. Very disappointing workmanship!”
