“I bought my wife's wedding ring. It's fine; not great, but fine. They clearly advertise a 30 day return policy. I wasn't really excited about the ring (and should be) and it didn't get better with time. At the 28 day point I called and initiated a return. Remember the 30 day return policy that they love to advertise, well the fine print states that thar clock starts when it was available to shipNOT when I received it. So how long is the return window??? Who knows?!? But don't expect them to do anything for youthey're clearly happy they have my money and don't think customer happiness is important. So save yourself my headaches and go to one of the dozens of other companies out there. I dont expect BE will be around that long anyway. :(”
