“Very pretty ring, however, I just got married YESTERDAY and the diamond is already missing. We're going on our honeymoon tomorrow and the best thing Brilliant Earth could do was 4 week process of repaid. Pretty disappointed”
“Be warned, this ring is supposed to pair with the Versailles engagement ring. However, the prongs on the engagement ring bump the small middle diamond in the wedding band ring (see photos). I've only worn the ring for 3 months and the diamond already fell out of the wedding band. Brilliant Earth covered it and replaced it but I have no doubt this is going to be a recurring issue. I inquired about exchanging for a better fitting wedding band but of course there is only a 30 day returns and the ring has to be in pristine condition. I was told to "be careful" or get a spacer ring to put in between them. I'm extremely unhappy about this and would not recommend this ring.”
“Bottom line is the ring falls apart from poor craftsmanship. Brilliant Earth (BE) is aware that their product is flawed and will not stand by the product. I purchased this wedding ring to go with the matching Versailles engagement ring setting that was recommended by the BE sales representative. Within a few months the accent diamonds began falling out of the ring. The ring was ""repaired"" by BE but within 2 weeks the accent diamonds began falling out again. After being told by multiple BE representatives that the stones ""will keep falling out"" and it's a ""good idea to just buy a ring without diamonds"" - I sought to exchange the $1800 ring for a simple band without diamonds. Exchange - oh no. Brilliant Earth will offer a morsel of ""metal credit"" (typically $200 or you can argue for an ""inflated credit"" of up to $400) and they will then ask you again to pay full retail on a third ring with no diamond accents for $900. That's right buy a 28K engagement ring, buy a 1.8K wedding band and then for your trouble they will allow you to buy yet another ring at retail price because they can't stand behind their products. If you buy from this company, insure the rings immediately as they will fall apart. Do your research!!!”
