“The ring itself is beautiful, I just wish that the Brilliant Earth consultant at the Flatiron NYC location had specifically asked me if I wanted to ring designed in 14k or 18k gold. She did not ask and when I received the ring, I was disappointed that the gold did not match my other jewelry. Since it was custom designed I cannot get this refunded or corrected so I am a bit disappointed with how the order was handled.”
