“The ring was perfect for what I ordered it for. The customer service component could use some work…I enquired about faster delivery service and was told yes there is an expedited option. I later discovered that while not having given my consent to this expedited service, I was charged for it and it couldn’t be changed because the item had already shipped. Luckily I noticed the charge immediately and called customer service, explained the situation and they credited me the shipping charge. Still though, the transparency was not there from the outset.
My other disappointment was that the free gift was quite “cheap” relative to the cost of my purchase. The gift was certainly not of any value and I think that considering a couple of weeks later the gift was free lab diamond studs for half of the amount I paid, it would have been nice to receive something like that…a little more substantial. Maybe you guys can make it up to me? That would help me to purchase from you in the future as well as recommending you to friends.”
