“I got married May 2019 and bought the Bliss ring. By July 2019 one of the diamonds fell out. I hadn't done any heavy activity or anything out of the norm so I was surprised and disappointed and brought it in to be looked at. They gave me a little bit of a hard time, tried to tell me it was my fault, but they fixed it. When I got my ring back I took it off when I washed my hands and was very careful with it. Then, at the end of February 2020, a second diamond fell out AGAIN. When we called this time they said it was from 'wear and tear' and it was our fault. I'd had this ring less than a year and this was the SECOND diamond that fell out. Finally they just told us the only thing they'd give us a credit of the metal for $147. This is shameful, shady, and they don't deserve your business.”
