“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRILLIANT EARTH. This company is terrible. Do not purchase anything from them. They used FEDEX to deliver my jewelry. I never received the jewelry. There was supposed to be a proof of signature for delivery. I never signed anything or met a FEDEX employee. They issued the jewelry as delivered. I immediately contacted FEDEX and Brilliant Earth as advised them of there was no delivery. I followed up with FEDEX that sent me back to Brilliant Earth for days on end. They denied my claim, sending me an email that because FEDEX claims it was delivered they will not replace or refund the purchase. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE”
