“This ring has been the only sad part of an otherwise beautiful engagement. After MANY back and forth e-mail with the company to address the 3 stones falling out in the first few weeks we dropped it off at their store. Their rude customer service took the ring and said they would get back to us. When we finally got a call after following up to see what was taking so long, we were asked what I had done to the ring. I still don't appreciate the implication that I treated the ring poorly since that couldn't' be further from the truth. They told us it would cost over $300 to fix the ring but would do it for free since I had complained so much. Well, it took weeks to get the ring back, but when we did I was happy for this to all be over. NOPE! Another diamond fell out in 2 days. So much for quality. It's been a few weeks and another 3 diamonds have fallen out. My fiance and I decided it is best that we retire the ring (a mere 5 months after the engagement) and just start saving up for a better quality ring. Pick another company to ethically source your important diamond ring from.”
