“We took our seemingly brand new ring into a jeweler to get some stones replaced after a prong broke. The jeweler said the ring looked as if it had been worn before, taken to the gym, and was pretty beat up. I bought this ring a year in advance of our wedding, so I would not have thought to thoroughly inspect it right away. This makes sense after receiving the wrong size ring - it was a 7.5 when we ordered a 7... Fast forward to 10 months after the purchase, approaching the big day, and we've done over $400 worth of repair to an $8,000 set. No refund support, or assistance from BE. We love the rings, but for the money i'd want this thing to be perfect, which it definitely was not. Have your ring inspected upon delivery, and don't forget to shop at, and support your local jewelry stores before dropping this kind of coin.”
