“My ring is lost in transit. Customer service told me that they will not help me track it nor will the provide any additional updates. I was told if I want the ring then I need to call fed-ex and find it. Brilliant Earth did their due diligence by giving it to fed-ex and they have no liability. I thought each purchase was insured until it is delivered. If it doesn't get delivered I'm also responsible for a $30.00 restocking fee. So disappointing it was a gift from my husband for our 25th wedding anniversaries.”
“I ordered a ring (after spending 20k on an engagement ring) and had this ring engraved, the ring came to me with no engraving (except the plat engraving). I called to have the ring returned and engraved and was told all the hoops I would have to jump through due to their mistake, but after getting upset about that they offered me a $40 credit...WOW! It gets worse...way worse. Once I do get the return label and send it back, I get an email stating it was in fact engraved and they send me a photo of this nasty, burnt in and ugly engraving, clearly this was done after they got the ring back but they couldn't just be honest and take responsibility, they had to call me a liar. Fortunate for me I took over 20 photos of the ring before returning, these photos clearly show no engraving...oops! Once I confront them on this I get told I am talking to the ""most senior guest facing manager"", of course the same person who wouldn't take responsibility for this before. I ask to speak with her manager and I later get a call from another ""guest facing manager"" who then pauses and says, ""not as much as her""...the run around continues! I am now awaiting word from his manager...what are the odds that she is even a manager (I have no idea if the two people prior were at all). The ring was not engraved, they did not only not take responsibility they lied and said it was (why would I return the ring engraved...only to have them engrave it still...think about it, it makes no sense). They claimed it was so lightly engraved that I couldn't see it and that the photo they sent was ""enhanced"". Short story here, would you trust a company that plays games like this with a purchase like this...I no longer do. The ring I purchased for 20K prior is going to be reviewed for authenticity and quality. So is the ring they had me return and claims o be sending back to me. My memory of our rings is now forever tainted. Thanks for ruining my ring experience BE”
“I am blown away by our wedding bands!! They are so beautiful and classy.
We really could not have picked anything more amazing! You can see the care it has taken to make and the love that went into it!
It means a lot to us.Thanks so much brilliant earth! X”
“The band is great, the only downside I have on this band is the engraving. My husband got three words, nine letters and I cant even read what it says. I can only tell you what it says by what it says on the sales receipt. Engraving voids the resizing policy, I wouldn't have gotten it had I known how small the characters would be.”
