“This ring is gorgeous and the shipping was fast. My only problem is that I wanted it engraved with a special message that was slightly longer than allowed online. I got permission via a representative who then went on vacation. I tried to show the email to others in order to get my engraving but they told me to only work with her. So, I either had to forgo the engraving or risk getting my ring late. So now I have to go elsewhere to get it engraved. A pain.”
