“We were not a fan of the quality and the customer service made the experience much worse. “30 day return” period, but only offering a 5-day return label is ridiculous and misleading. Life got busy, and when we reached out after attempting to return the item, the label (unknowingly) expired and we were just outside the 30 days. We were told there’s nothing that can be done despite the earrings not even being removed from their original packaging. They refused to meet us halfway despite their misleading return setup - a policy that benefits them at the customers expense. Horrible customer service.”
“The lab grown diamond studs are impeccable. My wife received a lot of compliments. Very happy with the purchase except that when I bought it there was a promotion going on to receive a gift along with the purchase. Apparently they never sent the gift. I would be happy if they send me the free gift that was suppose to come with the purchase.
