“The earings are great however the service was horrible. I am a small business owner and I do not take writing a poor review lightly. The service at the Scottsdale quarter location was horrible. I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted - I had decided prior to arriving. I was the only customer in the store and it look over an hour to get helped and out the door - even knowing exactly what I wanted and only needing to pay for it and collect the jewelry. It was hard not to feel like my time was not respected. There were a minimum of three employees onsite and I was the only customer. It was confusing and very frustrating.”
“The earrings are nice and beautiful, but the 1 1/2 ct. is much smaller than we expected. When I compare the earrings to other diamonds of equal size, they are much smaller. Making me believe that maybe they aren’t actually 1 1/2 ct. would love to be contacted to make sure we received the right earrings and they are the correct size.”
