“So, I'll start by saying the earrings were quite lovely, and really the only reason why I'm going back for an engagement ring. Getting them, however, was quite a debacle. They were for an anniversary present, I was assured it would arrive at a certain day, never arrived so I called customer service. They said it already arrived so I freaked for a day or two, then someone else said they were in transit, then someone else suggested I re-order - it really felt like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. That said, once it DID arrive two weeks late, my gf loved them and wears them all the time and we are both happy with the product. But the information exchange needs some work.”
