“I purchased a gift for my wife's birthday online and called your customer service line right after to confirm the order and the timing of delivery to ensure that the gift would arrive before my wife's birthday. I was told that the order would arrive 2 days prior, asked the customer service rep if I could ship by a faster method to ensure delivery timing as was told 'don't worry, it is scheduled to be their 2 days before'. I asked where the gift was shipping from and could I buy the product at a local location - was told no and again "don't worry" It took 3 days to ship the gift and according to customer service was delayed by FedEx - won't arrive to the day after. .Called customer service and the customer service rep was rude, and told me it wasn't the company's fault, it was a FedEx issue - didn't try to solve my problem, just kinda blew me off. And then I get a form email, with my name noted in the title of the email incorrectly. Never buy anything from this company again - you're in the service business - selling expensive products and then behave like you're selling t-shirts. Not happy.”
