“I have bought multiple items from BE for nearly $20000 and every time they fail to send the bonus item or it's the wrong one or I have to call. What does this say about the company? I bought these earrings they are nice but because they were $5 below the $1000 mark before tax, BE did not send my necklace. I also bought a ring $4500 that supposedly came with a necklace. The ring comes without the necklace.”
