“Beautiful earrings-dainty and subtle enough to wear everyday, but a little more "special" than simple studs.
That said, the backings are not as secure as I would like. In two weeks, I've had an earring pop out twice (including once while asleep). I expected better for a gold/diamond earring and will start using backings from another set of earrings.”
“I really loved these earrings, but they didn't last long. The backs are really loose, which I think amounts to a cheap design. I lost one of the earrings probably within six months. Please redesign! I asked if anything could be done, but they can only customize the backs for an additional $250-300 charge. I wanted to order replacements, but not if I have to roll the dice on losing them again.”
“Could have been perfect, my girl loves them tells me all the time how pretty they she thinks they are but this is the second time I've got something delivered from Brilliant earth that I wasn't satisfied with and the only reason this time is because they come in a 2 x 2"" box not secured anything so they were just bouncing around in the box throughout the shipping process, I don't know if that is standard but it seems there could've been better protocol to avoid that happening since they are $500 earrings”
