“The necklace arrived very quickly, however when it came it was tangled into a huge knot. I tried to reach out to customer service THREE different times in three different forms and each time I was told to call someone else and then promptly hung up on. I still have not heard back from the company. Luckily, my local Zales was kind enough to untangle it for me and told me this is a common occurrence they see with Brilliant Earth jewelry. Thankfully I was still able to get it to my mother as her Christmas present and she loves it.”
