“I requested from the beginning that this necklace be received by a certain date and I was assured it would arrive as they send it FedEx. I also stated I would pay the extra fee for expedited shipping. Tracking indicated it would arrive 3 days after the date requested. After calling directly and asking for the ETA, I was told they have another tracking number..again I should receive it by the next day..Did not receive it.. I asked to be connected to the store directly so I could pay for another necklace and return the one I should receive by FedEx. I was not connected and the store never called me back. If it wasn't that it was a retirement gift I would have returned it.”
