I really wanted an adjustable chain 18' - 24' and was a bit concerned that this one was 18'. The only negative is that the clasp actually hurts when I tried to hold it open long enough to fasten - but - I'm not used to wearing jewelry so it might be user error on my part. I had my husband put it on for me I found the pendant lay beautifully, exactly where I wanted it to and - importantly - it did not flip to the reverse.
