“I've made several purchases through Brilliant Earth and this was the first time I was genuinely disappointed. For a $1,000 purchase, the chain is very thin. The hearts themselves are also surprisingly small, but you disclose the total weight (1/2 carat), and I assume that is correct. (The website pictures are misleading). This was a Valentine's Day gift, so I won't be returning it, but disappointed.”
