“First off, this item was backordered despite it saying it would arrive within 2 weeks of the order date. I finally received the item in mid-September and the free item wasn't correct. Then in the second week of October the chain clasp broke despite only being worn a handful (if that) of times. The pendent itself is gorgeous and I've enjoyed it, but I ended up just using an older gold chain I had laying around. The process to replace the chain was too long and not worth it.”
