I've been attempting to organise the return for a week now. I tried to use the online return portal which somehow does not have a record of my order, I've contacted customer service via email and the chat function on the website and keep being referred to call the customer service number. I've called several times and selected the correct option, but the menu loops and I never get connected to anyone.
I would not recommend ordering from this website.”
