“This necklace was exactly what I was looking for - classy, simple, but with a hint of sparkle. I gifted this along with the complimentary diamond earrings that were part of the special at the time to my mother for her birthday. Unfortunately, the earrings came horribly bent. I emailed customer service and they were more than happy to send me a non-defective pair. However, it's been over a week and I have yet to receive them. After I confirmed my address, twice now, I haven't heard back since. Overall, I'm happy with the necklace but question the customer service, so I'm not sure if I would refer Brilliant Earth to a friend.”
