“My mother got this for me as a wedding gift. I put it on and about 10 minutes later the screw came out. My friend was able to get it fixed for the wedding and then it broke again. I took it to a local jewelers and they ended up gluing it together. I thought it was fixed and about 4 days later the chain broke. I have had it a month and it has broken 3 times.”
