“I was really excited for this chain, when I got it the packaging looked very messy and cheap but I tried to look beyond that, but the chain. it looks fake and cheap and has zero weight to it, and from what I've heard real gold has weight to it (I have a very thin chain.. thinner then this one and it's much heavier. I definitely had better hopes and I'm very disappointed.”
“While the style of this piece is great - the width and length were perfect, exactly what my husband was looking for - this was a really underwhelming purchase. While customer service told me that this is a solid gold, rather than hollow piece, the chain is VERY lightweight. Very underwhelmed with the quality. The clasp fell off of one end within about 72 hours of normal wear. Will be returning. I will note that this is abnormal for Brilliant Earth - we designed a custom engagement ring and purchased both of our wedding bands through Brilliant Earth and were completely impressed with the process and quality of the pieces.”
