“Beautiful diamond bangle, but very lacking in quality. This is supposed to have a clasp that "clicked" into place similar to a guardian post would function for earrings. . . it came loose and the two sides hinged apart and fell off onto the streets within four months of when I purchased it, never to be seen again. I've had one good experience and one poor experience purchasing from Brilliant Earth, and at this price point it is not worth the gamble. I will not be interested in returning as a customer until this company improves their products and QC process.”
