“Don’t know. Still haven’t gotten it. I ordered it a few weeks ago. My phone populated an old address (which I didn’t realize until I noticed I missed its delivery) which was 2 hours away. I called Brilliant Earth once and reached out 2x’s by chat. Yes this was my fault but once I realized it I tried 3x’s to fix it. I was told FedEx won’t attempt delivery more than 3x’s. Not only did FedEx attempt to deliver “5 TIMES”…but on the 5th time rather than have anyone sign for it (which they were supposed to) they LEFT the package at their door!! Thank god the person reached out to on LinkedIn and and offered to send it to me. I’m still waiting to get it.”
“Beautiful setting! The clasp took a bit to figure out but works well to secure the bracelet without being too large or bulky. Our daughter received this as a gift and she was thrilled!”
“This is a beautiful bracelet. The only drawback is the closure. It is very difficult to open or close on your own -- it is extremely delicate and worried that too much pressure to manipulate the closure will break it!”
