“I would not recommend this bracelet to anyone. I bought it for my wife as an anniversary present. Within a couple of weeks of wearing it, it broke will she was putting it on.”
“Honestly, this bracelet is quite nice. It did take me a moment to figure out how to unclip the safety clip to allow the bracelet to be opened. Also, it required a bit of learning to clip it on by myself. However, I found that if I let the one end hang while holding the clip down, it falls right into place, and I can do it alone that way! It’s just a learning curve that I would advise anyone to be aware of before buying. But it’s really pretty and sparkles great!”
“I gave this to my daughter for college graduation. We watched the youtube on how to use clasp. The clasp came undone same day. I redid it and it seemed solid. She took a shower that night at hotel and clasp gave way again and she watched it wash down drain. Customer service said they couldn't help since we could not retrieve bracelet from drain (hotel worker tried but it was gone). Wouldn't purchase from Brilliant Earth again.”
