Thank you for your comment on the brass nozzle.
This is caused by hard water in contact with the brass. It can easily be wiped clean with a simple product like Brasso or similar but it is something that naturally occurs. There are other materials available but little substitutes the sturdy nature of old-fashioned brass.
We hope you can still continue to enjoy the watering can despite this.
