I love this stuff. I have oily skin that is often shiny and this helps me with mattifying my skin and protecting me from the sun. The translucent colour makes it an easy match for my skin (very pale), which is wonderful. Just give it a tap and monitor the difference in your skin as you apply and you've got great coverage that lasts. As a very fair-skinned person I will sometimes put some cream sunblock on first, but to avoid the shine and double-up on protection I'll brush some of this on and it's always a winner. Any time of day that I need a touch-up I use this with confidence and it is fantastic all year round.

It’s light which I like. It’s not “translucent” though, it does have a slight tint which the only reason I gave it a 4. That being said I much prefer this over the ones that leave the white casting on my skin. Totally love the 30spf protection. The brush is a bit tricky at first but I had it down in no time!

I love that product! I like to walk during lunch time. I have a very fair skin and I can get a sunburn after 30 min or so outside. I don’t want to go back to work with my face all greasy from sunblock, so sometimes I’ll skip my walk. With your product, no need to! It smells good and it’s not greasy and I’m really protected from the sun.

The product is probably good. My reason for 2 stars is that when I went to open it, I unscrewed the bottom section instead of sliding off the top. The result is that 70% of the product blew everywhere and was a complete waste. Not only was I not only able to use it but it got all over my shoes and clothes, etc. There needs to be much more effective packaging or at least warning signs as to how to properly open this product.

I am so sorry you had trouble opening the brush and we appreciate your feedback! We want to help! We have included instructions on opening and using our products within the packaging and also some links online. Here is a video link on how to open a brush for first-time use: https://youtu.be/oQxl6IAoU_s We'll also send you a refill unit at no charge since it sounds like you've lost quite a bit of powder from that one. We will follow up with you on that.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks. I'm very excited about this product, but have one concerns because I really can't afford to have any sun on my face (melanoma scares in the past) I'm just not sure how much I've actually got on my face/neck to ensure SPF 30. It's transparent, so I can't tell! Perhaps I should have bought the tinted version.

Thank you for writing. This is a very good question. First, be certain that you have figured out the Open/Close mechanism and that powder is actually coming out of your brush. If you can see some powder on the tips of the bristles, or a little bit in the air when you give it a good flick then we’re fine, but if not, please let us know and we'll help you get that solved. If you see some powder, but are concerned that it isn’t enough, remember that the powder that is going on your skin is inside the brush bristles, not coming out into the air. If your brush is flowing, you will be able to get great coverage. Once you know your brush is flowing, apply powder to the back of one of your hands. Do it like you mean it, like you would to your face if you were going out into the sun—generously. You want to buff the brush onto the skin, going over each area 3-4 times. When you have done this, compare this hand to your other hand. You should see a noticeable difference. When you apply to your face, try to get this sort of look at first. Don’t worry, your skin won’t stay dry and powdery looking for long. The oils from your skin will combine with the powder to create a very natural look. When applying to your face, consider doing one half of the face, give the brush another flick and do the other half. If applying to neck, arms or hands, give a little flick before beginning on each different area to be sure you have plenty of coverage.
