“The cartridge did not fit on my brush and I ended up spilling some of the powder trying to fit it on the tube. But I have the other sunscreen brush (white tube container) so it fit on that one. Too expensive for me in Canada so would not order again.”
Hi Christine! We're so sorry to hear you had trouble refilling your brush. As you found out, the Original refill cartridge will not fit on our New style brush. We're sorry it sounds like you are having trouble with your refill.
If you have our original brush your new refill cartridge will screw onto the base of the brush to replace the one that is there, but if you have our new brush style, you will need to pour the powder into the powder reservoir in the base of the brush. You may need to tap it lightly at an angle and rotate a bit to get all the powder out.
