“I was very excited about the idea that my kids could apply their own sunscreen. Unfortunately, I cannot get the product to come out of the brush despite following the directions. Also, the color and consistency of the product make it hard to tell where you have applied the sunscreen (I dumped out some of the product to apply it with the given brush since the powder did not come through the brush as designed).”

“I love this idea but I find that not enough powder comes out onto the brush. I end up brushing over and over but my daughter says it feels like "bunny kisses" so she doesn't mind! Big improvement over fighting to rub in cream or spray.”
Hi Sarah, we love the idea of "bunny kisses!" Just be sure that the bunny kisses her enough to be effective. That's about 15 seconds for each half of her face or other small area. We have found that singing 2 verses of "Baby Shark" (or maybe a custom version called Baby Bunny) for each area is what it takes.
Hi Billie, so sorry the brush is not working for you. Let us help you troubleshoot what's going on, and if the brush is defective, we will replace it. Please contact us at info@brushonblock.com to discuss.
“Have only used this a few times so far, but it seems to work well. My daughter is much happier having this applied instead of a liquid that sometimes gets into her eyes.”
Hi Kara, if you are applying to an adult, a great way to check your coverage is to first be sure your brush is flowing. Then apply for about 15 seconds to the back of one hand. As you compare your hands, you should notice that one is less red, more matte and maybe veins are less visible. That's the coverage you want!
