We're so sorry to hear your first experience was not a good one. It sounds like you didn't put enough on. With children it can be very hard to see the powder, as their skin is so smooth and perfect. Be sure to turn the brush into the OPEN position before you flicked it. The blue portion of the brush with the writing on it clicks to the left to open the brush and to the right to close. This helps prevent leakage and accidental spills. If you have done that, then the best way to see the powder is being applied is to start with the back of one of your hands. Buff the powder on your hand, just as you would on ½ of your child’s face (about 15 seconds, or two verses of Baby Shark and in a circular motion). After doing this, compare the back of your hand to your other hand. You will be able to see the difference, that means the powder is there. Be sure to reapply at least every two hours when your child is in the sun! (and even more often if they touch their face and the sunscreen gets rubbed off.) Here's a short video on how to use the brush: https://youtu.be/2chF0LFMdmc Let us know if the brush is operating as described, and/or if you need further assistance with application. When properly applied, the product is very effective. Again, we are sorry you had a bad experience.

Not impressed. Too expensive for the amount you get. I thought this would be a no brainer for camp this summer, but the product barely comes out of the brush and you can’t tell where it’s applied, so no idea if she’s getting enough on and she’s come home with pink cheeks. Wanted to like this so bad, but not impressed.

Ordered on May 31st and still haven’t received it. Maybe it’s a scam.

We absolutely love the ease of application for my kids, especially for their hairline, cowlick and ears!! Works great without any real smell and zero slimy residue.

My son with autism really takes this on his face very easily. He just giggles cause it tickles, but I will take giggles any day over crying cause Sunscreen is being sprayed in his eyes or sweating into his eyes.
