“This powder is excellent. I use it all by itself in the winter or on days when I'm not gonna be outside much. In sunnier weather, I use it over the liquid. It gives me an extra boost of protection and also tamps down the shine. I had used another brand of brush on powder before and I could never get it out of the container and into the brush.
