“Chair was fairly pricey. Quality was for the most part acceptable. Arm hardware was defective and needs to be periodically re-tightened.
I think a better quality chair is available in the same price range.
i have tried to contact the company and to this date (6/11/21) have received no callback, email or response.All in all I do like the chair.”
“I've purchased office chairs for 20 years. The are the largest and heaviest I've purchased. Purchased 5, received with minor dings/damage to the bases on 3, but otherwise simple to assemble, very sturdy large chairs. Hope they last more than a couple years.”
