“I purchased this chair back in 2020, and at the time of writing I've had it for nearly 3 years. I love it. It helps with leg circulation as advertised, it sits at a nice height (I'm 6'5") and has lasted me quite nicely so far. I'm a 400 lb guy, so that's saying something. I will admit there is a bit of leaning forward/backward depending on how the legs are oriented, but nothing that affects comfort. My one problem is the arm rests. The coating started to crack after less than a year of owning, and now it has bits of the material sticking out that can poke me from time to time. That isn't my main concern, because it mostly lays flat... my concern is the spring loaded push button pieces that hold it at the chosen height. I'm a tall guy, and I keep it at max height 80% of the time... but one day, one of them just violently sprung out of the slot, breaking the plastic base it was attached to. I was able to reach into the hole and pull the plastic base out enough to keep the arm in place, but it's... awkward to adjust for when I lean back to watch movies or whatever. About 6 months later the other did the same. That was about a year ago.
I know that's a long winded complaint, but the main reason I bought this chair is because the base is supposed to be able to hold me, and so far it's done so better than any chair I've owned. 4/5, would heavily consider again.”
“I never fully understood that the chair needs to fit the body that's using it. This new chair is 50% bigger than my old one and 100% more comfortable for a large person like me.”
“I ordered this chair because of the advertised height, however it is to short. I sent several measurement photo several different times and the company said I was measuring wrong, they said I should be measuring from the highest point of the seat, well I don't sit on the sides of the chair, then then they said I should measure from the center point of the seat. but couldn't tell me how to do that without cutting a hole in the middle. They wouldn't do anything to fix this misleading height problem. I had to trash the box because it smelled so bad, and I can't afford to pay for shipping to return it. I do like everything else about the chair.”
“Got this as a gift for my father... he murders computer chairs. This chair seems sturdy enough to withstand his destruction while still being comfortable. Hoping it lasts a good long while. Very satisfied.”
“This chair was provided by my employer as an upgrade to the standard issue office chairs since my job as a CAD operator entails a great many long hours seated at my desk. The seat cushion provides cloud-9 comfort compared to the relative "phone book" feel of my prior chair. My leg circulation has also shown improvement in the short 2 weeks that I've had this chair now. One design critique is that it is designed with the back a bit too far reclined so once it was initially assembled, when seated, the seat leans so far back it felt like being the guy in the old Memorex commercials where he's reclined far back. I had a shop co-worker modify the assembly of the back by shimming the forward pair of mounting bolts thereby tilting the back forward 5 or more degrees which is still very "reclined" & not quite what you'd want when seated in the alert & upright position trying to work. I'd suggest supplying a shim-kit to allow the back to be installed at user definable angle. Other than the lazy-boy recliner position upon initial assembly, this is a WONDERFUL chair. I also like how the wheel assembly doesn't constantly twist around & mess with the back of my shoes when I'm moving around at my desk.”
