“I work from home, and needed a good chair. Unfortunately, I did not get a good chair. I purchased this on FEB 29 (delivered) for its wide seat and 400 lb weight rating (I weigh 360). Within a few weeks, the lift piston kept compressing. At first just a little, then by July it would go all the way down. It was too late to send the chair back, so Jackie in customer service graciously sent a replacement piston. I could not get the old one off, so I finally got a handy person to replace it over this past week-end (Mid October). Today, Monday, THE FIRST DAY WITH THE NEW PISTON the thing started sinking down around mid day. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”
