“The chair is very wide and comfortable, but still feels cheap as the back will teeter totter with a shift of your weight and there's no way to tighten this. The lumbar support is too low for me, as I'm 6'7. I'm not an obese person, I only weight about 250 pounds. This chair was designed for someone who weights 400. If that's you, great. If you're a tall guy like me, better options exist.”

“As a big guy, I have been through the gambit of chairs, all of which toting the "big and tall" tag. I recently decided to research deeper into available options without spending the purchase equivalent of a new living room set.
This chair has it all, strong frame, large seat, (both wide and deep) sturdy armrests, and a height adjustable back with adjustable lumbar to make sure that even the 6'4" users are still comfortable all day.
The seat has ample foam padding and has a slight forward camber to it, which at first concerned me, but after using it for a few weeks, I found to enjoy. This positioning made sure that I was sitting in a correct posture, as well as prevented loss of circulation of the legs. The controls are conveniently mounted near the edge of the seat pan and are set up quite well, both use a cable to actuate the adjustment, rather than a bar that can be hard to reach in some chairs.
The tilt on the chair is great, VERY sturdy spring, that for lighter users may actually be a little too strong. If loosened all the way (turn left) it can be adjusted to accommodate those with less "kinetic rocking potential"
My chair did arrive with an issue, the adjustable back had a defect and would not hold in place.
