“I was very disappointed with the service, in the website says free delivery but with free delivery you need to off load the package from the truck yourself, I had never seen this before to pay extra for putting the package on the ground on the street and again extra charge for putting it on main floor and no service even for upper levels. Also package came with no assembly instructions and nothing, I had to email again and request for instructions and even when 24 hrs later they sent me it wasn't for the same product and it was for a similar one.”
