It adjusts easily (and quietly) up or down in seconds.
I have to tilt my keyboard tray a bit, so the wireless keyboard doesn't fall off when it's fully extended. But that's easy too.
The anti fatigue standing mat is an absolute must (especiallly if you are on concrete).”
