“Working from home now I wanted a comfortable supportive long lasting chair. I searched the internet all I found was import brands with bonded leather material that doesn't last long. I decided on the Concept Seating 3142 High Back 24/7 Chair. I chose fabric material because it tends to be cooler when sitting long hours. This chair is made in the USA. It's twice the price of other brands but I wanted made in USA. I have had this chair nearly two months and it is amazingly comfortable. I like the air lumbar support. The fabric has a modern subtle pattern that seems well made. I want to give it five stars however I encountered two quality control issues. The left loop arm rest was scuffed and lacked the molded pattern the other one had. A replacement was provided at no cost. The second issue is I noticed the right arm rest appeared slightly loose. I attempted to tighten the two screws holding it in place. One screw stripped. Seems as though it was the wrong length. I am in the process of another warranty claim. I have no doubt it will be taken care of however I expected exceptional quality control for a chair at this price point. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”
“After having the chair for less than a week, the seat threads are coming out on both chairs we purchased. I'll be contacting them today to see what can be done.”
