“I don't know why a chair that costs 3k is not fully adjustable. Don't get me wrong there are a ton of adjustments that can be made and the chair is built like a tank but this company fails in the arm rest department.
Why is it companies that make chairs for big people fail to realize big people have longer arms and torso. That means if you are like me you are going to need an extension on the armrest in the vertical direction.
Alternatively the extension setting for the armrest could of had 3 or 4 more holes to adjust to.
The armrest would be much more functional it it simply could have been raised 1 or 2 more inches.”
“When you carry a bit of weight, it can be a real problem with chairs. The wheels break. The struts at the base can snap (while you're sitting on it). The arms are too narrow, and dig into you. This? You'd need a bulldozer to damage it! My goodness! They went for overkill in design, which is great. Wide enough, and definitely strong enough. It's also really comfortable too. Take care of the fabric, and I can see you never needing another chair ever! Highly recommended!”
