“Service & communication from BTOD was excellent.
LESPRO chair is exceptionally well designed, constructed, solid and amazingly comfortable.
Three minor points:
1. box containing chair's component was very sturdy; unfortunately, components were not well secured inside box and frame mounted cross piece mounting bracket was protruding through large hole in side if box w/ minor scratching.
2. the number of assembly screws was short by 4 - no real problem because quick trip to local hardware store yielded 4 additional 1/4x20 3/4" socket head screws.
3. no washers for screws were included - probably technically unnecessary, but still makes for a much more professional assembly. Total cost for additional screws & washers was less than $5.”
