“This chair looks great in our reception area! We ordered 2 originally to test them out, and it took quite a while to ship. When we decided we liked them, we ordered 4 more and they came in only a couple weeks! A few complaints: Packaging is poor in that the hardware is just loose in the box, so we were missing washers for some of the chairs. When assembling, some of the pre-drilled holes did not match up with the arm rests, forcing us to drill our own holes or only screw in 2 out of 3 bolts. A minor complaint we have is that they are a few inches lower to the ground than our older chairs, making it a bit difficult for elderly or those with walkers to get out of the chair. Otherwise, we are pleased with these chairs.”
