“I ordered this chair without having tested it out. It is the most comfortable office chair I've ever experienced and I've tried them all including a Herman Miller Embody. I did order the upgraded padding because I've found most Big and Tall chairs really don't support a big person comfortably, they are just rated to support the weight. I am 6 foot and weigh 270. My son who is 6'10" and weighs 300 loves the chair. It is worth every penny. The chair was delivered promptly with no damage.”
