“First, the BTOD experience was fantastic. There was an abundance of communication and my chair arrived sooner than expected.
The star is lost because of the chair itself. Great quality for the price, and it supports my 6’2” 280lb frame well. I’m not used to headrests, but the flexibility of the arms and headrest make this chair top notch (I picked the 360 degree rotating arms). The arms are a bit looser than expected, especially considering the mechanism’s function. The connection to the chair is solid, but the up/down connection allows the arms to wiggle, which can be distracting at times.
Cushion and comfort of this chair are top notch. I work in IT and sit all day, and this chair stays comfortable the whole time. 5/5 for comfort and quality, minus one star because the arms can be a little annoying.”

“I was reluctant to spend so much money on a chair that I hadn't been able to sit in. I did my research and watched a lot of BTOD YouTube videos before deciding on this one.
I'm 68 years old, 5'8" and 145lbs. This chair with the medium seat fits me very well. Someone that is bigger or taller might want to consider the large seat for width and a longer leg support. I called sales support before I ordered and spoke with Nick. He was great and answered all of my questions. I had been considering adding the memory foam. After talking with Nick I opted not to. The standard foam is soft yet supportive. Not too pillow like so one can move freely. A soft seat was important to me. I upgraded to the Cloud 9 fabric in Midnight Sky and it is really nice. I was amazed when my fabric samples arrived in just one day! I recommend ordering some to help make the right decision on the best choice for you.
I also added the headrest. It is very adjustable and works great.
My previous chair made the "F" list. This one has 10 adjustments by my count. The mechanisms work very well. This is a quality built chair. I am very picky and have found no fault with fit, finishes or assembly.
It came fully assembled. I do think the manufacturer should use some more packaging surrounding the chair. It came without damage though so I have nothing to complain about.
As the staff had stated the lumbar support is minimal. It is there but not aggressive. That's fine with me. The back provides me with adequate support by itself.
I added the brushed aluminum legs. I think it dresses the chair up nicely.
Purchasing from BTOD was a pleasant experience. It was easy to order online. That's good because I couldn't find anywhere else to get this chair at any price. Especially since I wanted to customize it. Amazon sellers had certain chairs but not what I wanted and they were pricey as well.
In conclusion, Yes I would buy this chair again and from BTOD.
It may not be the right choice for everyone but it's just right for me.”
