“Used as an attorney's desk. I'm 29 and hate sitting so this is perfect. Stand about 6-8 hours a day and sit 2-4 hours a day. Easy to set up although having 2 people makes it go much faster. Feels sturdy although I'm not very hard on my furniture so I wouldn't say I've tested its durability by any means. Plenty of room as you can see from the pictures. My only complaint and the only reason for not receiving a five star rating is that I cannot press the button I've preset my height for and have it adjust without me holding it. I was under the impression that I could have my four presets adjust by just pressing once and walking away and then, upon return, it would be at desired height. You must hold the button while it adjusts to that height. This is not the end of the world though. It takes maybe an extra ten seconds. Great desk overall. Would buy again, but it's looking like I won't need to for a long time.”
“I've been using this desk for about 6 months now. Usually about 2 hours sitting then 1 hour standing. Motors are very smooth so far. I have a NextDesk at home that is slightly faster and quieter but is not as sturdy as this NewHeights desk. Cons: The black top shows smudge marks. You have to hold the memory key down during height adjustment (no 1-click up/down), which takes ~10 seconds. Overall highly recommended!”
“I love this desk because I can't sit still during the day. I'm able to go from sitting to standing quickly and it makes it easy to work while standing up. The one downside is if you unplug it or turn off the power strip when you leave, when you plug it back in you have to lower the desk all the way before it will go up again. Also, when setting it up, you'll need a heavy duty electric screwdriver. The wood is hard and it takes some power to get the screws in.”
