“It's sturdy and very comfortable, and I appreciated the template supplied for easily drilling the holes in the right places. (The installation worked perfectly.) My only issue with it is that it's kind of hard to retract, but I imagine that trackless keyboard trays might generally have this problem. Otherwise it's a great product! Thanks!”
“This is overall a great keyboard tray, however there is a bolt that holds the tilt adjustment that keeps popping out. A simple fix would be to add a cotter pin to end of this bolt to prevent it from slipping out.”
