“I ordered black and was sent the silver. Then took over a week to get confirmation when the replacement was going to be shipped which meant waiting another 3 to 7 days for delivery. I got fed up and just asked for a refund. Then had to do the needful and ship back to sender. I took more care when returning your item than you did when first fulfilling my order and then trying to get the replacement. The life cycle of my transaction (over 4 weeks) was too long given how I ended not keeping your product. That was enough for me and Needles to say I will NOT be a return customer.”
